Wearing a thong in Brazil?!?

Hey, I'm a 20 year-old college guy and I go on a beach trip with my friends every year. Eight of us go - 7 girls and me. The girls usually sunbathe topless and about half of us wear thongs to get an all-over tan. In Corsica everyone did this, but what's it like in Brazil? Will I get frowned upon for wearing a thong? 1. James, Going topless in Brazil will sometimes get a girl arrested, and ALWAYS result in harrassment. I don't know where you got your info from, but you are very misinformed. It is fine for the girls to wear thongs, but I'm not so sure about you, to be honest. It will be seen as gay, and Brazil is a macho society, so it may not go down too well.
2. That's a huge thong to wear in Brazil. You really have to wear a much thinner string, the one that really sticks between your bums. Oh, don't worry about gay men. You are way out of their league, The most amazing men and women will show up in Brazil wearing nothing but a string. Yes, women too. And rebuilt shemales as well. Be prepared for all sort of creatures with nothing but a string but again yours is much to big.
3. It will depend to some extent on the beach you go to. Being with a group of women will deflect most of the Macho men's snide remarks. I would pack a few thongs and a rio backed suit or a speedo alternative. When you first arrive just go for it and wear a thong. After a couple of days everyone on the beach will have adjusted and you may find that other men, emboldened by your example, start to follow suit.
