What is the best process for a US citizen to relocate to Rio, Brazil and get into PUC-RIO university there?

1. Don't make the mistake I made when I went to Argentina to study at the UNLP (Universidad Nacional de La Plata). I entered the country as a tourist - big mistake. Make sure you enter Brazil with a student visa. The best advice I can give you is to inform at the Brazilian embassy in the US on how to proceed. Best of luck, Mark
